You do not need to know the required technology in advance. Choose the situation closest to your reality.
01 Meaning must survive the entire journey.
For pipelines in which source, structure, transformation and final publication must demonstrably remain connected.
- From Word to structure The source looks right, but systems understand something else. Keep Word’s authoring convenience while making the underlying structure explicit and reusable.
- Accessible publications The output is finished. Its accessibility is not yet proven. Turn WCAG, PDF/UA and archiving into a controlled part of the publishing pipeline.
- PDF/UA automation Manually repairing hundreds of existing PDFs is not a scalable plan. Analyse document families, reconstruct logical structure and validate the new output reproducibly.
- XEP to FOP Replacing the renderer is possible. Understanding the existing output is the real work. Assess features, layout, performance and accessibility before making a migration decision.
- Integrated solution Separate repairs no longer help. The connections need to return. Reconnect custom software, structure, conversion and control into one manageable pipeline.
02 The way of working leads. Not the package.

- Custom software Your process does not fit the package — yet it is forced into it. Build software around the real workflow, with ownership of code and data and without redundant features.
- Control over Excel The most important calculation logic lives in separate, vulnerable spreadsheets. Move calculations into a central, testable and manageable calculation core without losing their value.
- AI in the development process AI accelerates individual tasks, but delivery is not yet demonstrably better. Make context, quality boundaries, human review and measurable outcomes part of the process.
